At The Roxx we have over 100 routes available at any time.
Our policy is to replace routes every 3 months to ensure that there are always
plenty of new challenges for our climbers, without routes disappearing before
climbers have had a chance to master them. See below for the policy in detail.
Grades at the The Roxx range from New Zealand grade 13 to 32.
We are always interested in meeting new routesetters as we believe that
it is important to present routes which reflect a wide range of styles, in order
to provide interesting and different challenges on the walls of The Roxx. If you are an established commercial climbing gym routesetter (from anywhere

Our policy is for routes to remain on the wall for approximately 3 months. Sometimes one of our Routesetters will set a route that's a bit 'special' and we recognise
that climbers will want to have more time to work it or enjoy it … so we will leave it up longer.
If you have a favourite route that you feel is a 'classic' … just let us know by filling in one of
our Routesetting Feedback forms. Equally if you feel a route is 'ugly', in need of cleaning, tweaking, or is incorrectly graded ...
let us know ! We check the forms every week and really appreciate the feedback we receive
as it helps us provide you with the best possible climbing environment.
