We have attracted many talented individuals to work at The Roxx over the years. The nature of
our business means that we employ a lot of part time staff, many of whom are studying to join
the outdoor recreation industry, training to become teachers or studying at University.

With the opening of Clip 'N Climb and its action entertainment style emphasis, we have
begun to employ people from more diverse backgrounds. But whether they work in
The Roxx or Clip 'N Climb all our team members are recruited for their high standards,
people skills and passion for delivering great customer service.
