
 YOGA at the Roxx with Victoria Thursdays, starting 17th June 6:30pm - 7:45pm (upstairs in the Lodge) Instructed by Victoria Ewing Yoga classes with Victoria are a playful flow of asanas (or poses) connected by the breathe and focusing on alignment. Yoga develops personal body awareness, realigns your body, and reconnects the mind / body. What better training is there for climbing ? Victoria has been practicing Yoga now for over a decade and has experience in many styles, more recently in the Iyengar and Ashtanga forms. She has over 4 years experience teaching adults and children. All levels and abilities are welcome.
